      Q.Do you deliver and set up the tent?
      A.
      Yes, we deliver set up, and take down your tent. 
      Q.What surfaces can you set up on?
      A.
      We can set up on grass, concrete and asphalt. Some surfaces require concrete blocks and due to size and weight there is an addional fee for them.
      Q.We have underground utilities in our yard is that an issue?
      A.
      It can be! When choosing a set up area for your tent you should without a doubt be able to identify where your underground utilities and sprinklers are. If you do not know, Please call 811 to get your yard marked weeks before your event. We use 48 inch stakes to anchor our tents and we are not responsible for hitting unmarked utilities.
      Q.Where do you deliver?
      A.
      We deliver to Elizabeth City, NC, Chesapeake, Va , Moyock, NC and surrounding areas. Outside our service area? That is no probem please call us to make arrangements.
      Q.Can weather be an issue?
      A.
      Our tents are designed to withstand typical wind and rain for events in the Elizabeth City area, and we secure every setup with proper anchoring for the surface type. Light rain is no problem, and sidewalls can be added for extra protection.
      However, for safety, we do not set up or keep tents up in severe weather conditions like high winds, lightning storms, or hurricanes. If extreme weather is forecast, we’ll work with you to adjust setup times or reschedule if needed. Your safety is our priority.
