Mechanical Bull with Western Style Tent

Bring the excitement of the rodeo to your next event with our Cowboy Up Mechanical Bull and Western Inflatable Tent! Featuring a rustic barn-style canopy, Western graphics, and a padded inflatable arena, this attraction brings a true rodeo atmosphere to your celebration.

Whether you're planning a birthday party, corporate gathering, school carnival, church festival, or community event, our mechanical bull is a great way to entertain guests and create lasting memories.

What to Expect on Event Day

Our team will arrive at least one hour before your scheduled event start time to set up the mechanical bull, inflatable arena, and Western tent. We'll have everything ready before your event begins.

A trained operator will remain on site throughout your rental to operate the mechanical bull, supervise riders, and adjust the ride difficulty based on each rider's experience level.

Once your rental is complete, our team will handle the breakdown and removal of the equipment.

Safety & Insurance

Coastal Inflatables is insured for mechanical bull operations and follows all applicable state regulations and safety requirements. Our equipment is professionally installed and operated with rider safety as a priority.

Certificate of Insurance (COI): A Certificate of Insurance is available upon request and will be provided after the required rental deposit has been paid. This is especially helpful for schools, churches, corporate events, and venues requiring proof of insurance.

Setup & Site Requirements

Please review the following requirements before booking to ensure your event location can accommodate the Western tent and mechanical bull.

• Grass Setup Only: The Western inflatable tent must be set up on a suitable grass surface. Setup on concrete, asphalt, gravel, or other hard surfaces is not permitted.
• Wind Restrictions: The Western tent cannot be used in winds exceeding 25 mph. For safety, use of the tent will be suspended if wind conditions exceed this limit. Unsafe weather conditions may also require the attraction to be shut down.
• Electrical Requirements: The setup requires three separate electrical outlets located within 100 feet of the planned setup area. All three outlets must be accessible and available when our crew arrives.

Please make sure your event location meets these requirements before reserving the attraction. If you're unsure whether your location will work, contact Coastal Inflatables before booking.
